What makes LolaMae Artistry candles special?

LolaMae Artistry candles are hand-poured in small batches with intention and care. Each candle is designed to support moments of calm, reflection, and comfort—combining thoughtfully chosen fragrance blends with a clean, minimalist aesthetic.

Are your candles handmade?

Yes. All LolaMae Artistry candles are hand-poured in small batches to ensure quality, consistency, and attention to detail.

Do you offer seasonal or limited-edition candles?

Yes. In addition to our core signature collection, we will release seasonal and limited-edition candles throughout the year. Once a limited release sells out, it may not return.

Candle Care & Safety

How long should I burn my candle each time?

For best results, allow the candle to burn until the wax melts evenly across the surface—typically 2–4 hours. This helps prevent tunneling.

How do I care for the wick?

Trim the wick to approximately ¼ inch before each burn. This promotes a clean, even flame and helps prevent excess soot.

Are candles safe around pets?

For safety, we recommend keeping all lit candles out of reach of pets and children. Always burn candles on a stable, heat-safe surface and never leave them unattended. While our candles are made with quality ingredients, open flames and melted wax should always be used with care.

How do I use wax melts?

Wax melts are designed to be warmed—not burned. Place one wax melt in the dish of an approved wax warmer and allow it to melt slowly, releasing fragrance into the room.

Can I light a wax melt like a candle?

No. Wax melts do not have a wick and should never be lit directly. Always use them with a wax warmer specifically designed for wax melts.

Are tealights safe to use with wax warmers?

If your warmer uses a tealight, only use unscented tealights and never leave the warmer unattended. Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions for your wax warmer.

Shipping & Orders

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Orders are typically processed within 4–5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.  Please see the Shipping Policy for more information.

Why does processing take 4-5 business days?

LolaMae Artistry is run by one person, and each order is handled from start to finish with intention and care. Processing time allows for small-batch production, quality checks, and thoughtful packaging before shipment. This approach ensures that every order reflects the care and attention behind the brand. I appreciate your patience and support of my small business.

Do you ship outside the United States?

At this time, we ship within the United States only.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, changes cannot be made.

Do you offer custom or personalized orders?

At this time, we are not accepting custom or personalized orders. Our focus is on offering thoughtfully curated collections and seasonal releases. Any future updates regarding custom offerings will be shared on our website.

Returns & Damages

Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

What if my candle arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 10 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.  Please see the Refund Policy for more specific information. We will work with you to resolve the issue. 

Ingredients & Allergies

What type of wax do you use?

Our container candles are made with Calsoy EC26, a renewable soy and coconut wax blend. According to the manufacturer, this wax is free of gluten, parabens, and phthalates and is selected for its smooth appearance and clean, even burn.

Our wax melts are made with Caluxe C55 tart wax, chosen for its durability and strong fragrance performance.

Do your products contain allergens?

Fragrance oils may contain components that can cause sensitivities for some individuals. If you have allergies or scent sensitivities, we recommend reviewing scent notes carefully or reaching out for additional information before purchase.
